SEARCHING FOR HELP IS THE FIRST STEP.
PSYCHOTHERAPY
Our psychotherapy services provide a supportive, structured environment to address emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, we collaborate with patients to build coping skills, improve insight, and promote lasting positive change. Treatment plans are tailored to the individual’s goals and needs to support overall mental health and well-being.
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Our medication management services include comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring to ensure safe and effective care. Shared treatment decision-making is informed by evidence while also taking into account each patient’s lifestyle, preferences, and financial considerations to support sustainable, long-term wellness.
ADDICTION SERVICES
Our addiction services provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and ongoing support for individuals experiencing substance use concerns. We utilize evidence-based interventions to address both the physical and psychological aspects of addiction, while also considering co-occurring mental health conditions. Treatment plans are individualized and may include medication management, psychotherapy, and community resources.

We are located between Hudson’s Restaurant and Sister’s Nails. You can either park in front of the building or in the large parking lot behind. To access the building from behind, you will go towards the Hudson’s back entrance, and enter through the first door on your right. From there, you will continue to go down the hallway and through 2 doors until you reach the front of the building. There you will find stairs and an elevator to reach the second floor. Please feel free to call if you have trouble finding us.
-
Because we are located in a historical building, our location is not wheelchair accessible. To get into the building, there is a small step. A small elevator is available, but not big enough for most wheelchairs. However, we do provide telehealth appointments for patients who are not able to access the building.
